Day 34 of 40 Days of Prayer: "Prayer For His Protection"

"I come to you for protection, O LORD my God. Save me from my persecutors ? rescue me!"

Psalm 7:1 (NLT)

Let's Pray:

Lord, I thank you for hearing my prayers over the past month! I ask you to protect (_____). I pray you will save him from his persecutors. If there is anyone at his work or in our neighborhood that has persecuted him for his faith or his integrity; I pray, you will rescue him. I pray that you will bless him at work and give him favor in the eyes of his boss and upper management. I pray that you would protect our family from hurtful persecution from others. In Jesus' name, AMEN.

I encourage you to pray for protection over your honey everyday!! Keep this verse in your purse and memorize it by reading it over and over in the car or while waiting at the doctor's office or at your kid's school carpool line. Having verses memorized and at your lips the second a negative harmful thought or critical comment comes your way, is so powerful! I cannot stress this enough.

If you have an insurance policy and have read it over and over and know exactly what is in it and what you're protected from, you naturally feel safe and secure and more confident no matter what storms might be in the forecast. The Bible is our "insurance policy". The more we know and the more we memorize scripture, the more secure and the more confident we will feel. Try it; You'll see that I'm right. : )
